@Reisen honestly the way that I do it is I detach my energy body from the body's system of chakras, then I curl it up into a ball floating up around the brow. The tulpa of mine who wants to control the body then associates their energy body with the body's chakra system and then wills their actions into it
Since we don't believe in chakras anymore, we just use energy silhouettes, nothing chakra related but visualization/symbolizing wise it's very similar.
...I seriously dislike the discussion of magic ideas for tulpas, particularly with new people - specifically, because there is no way to prove, demonstrate, or even explain those ideas and their application to reality in... terms of reality.
